I recently started the gym and I try to add some muscle mass. When I went to a diet rich in protein low in fat from which you recommend to eat and not eat?

  1. Low in fat, yes, but the change to all-grain products .. , Bread, pasta rice grain. More bread! BBQ / fish fry chicken and red meat, with lots of vegetables or salad!

    Also, be sure to get enough calcium, milk, baby!

  3. Not a little fat. The lean meat is a way to get protein, soy, less fat, and it is also good. But we need a balance of carbohydrates, fats and Protien.
